Quote Actions ▾
Auto-saves as you type. Press Ctrl+K to search everything, ? for the shortcut list. Ctrl+S saves to the list, Ctrl+Z undoes a removed item or an overwritten form. Click a saved quote's badge to mark it Open / Won / Lost.

Export & Shipping off▾
Adds a shipping grid (origin, destination, ports, carriage), a certificate of origin and an export declaration to the document — what an overseas proforma needs. Domestic quotes print unchanged while this is off. Also flipped by the 🌐 Export switch in the top bar.
Line Items ▾
Use the B / I / U toolbar (or Ctrl+B, Ctrl+I, Ctrl+U) to format any line in a description. Catalog items come in at the rate you last saved for that product — check it against today's price before sending.
Discount, Charges & Tax ▾
Per-item discount % is available inside each line item — those apply first, this one applies to the running total.
For a Tax Invoice or part-payment: enter what's already received and the balance due prints under the grand total.

Type the total you have been asked to reach — the discount needed is worked out backwards through tax, freight and round-off.
Cost & Margin off▾
Adds a Cost box to every line item. Costs are stored with the quote but never printed — the document is unchanged.

Stores the letterhead, bank details and signature block together. Line items and the customer are not touched.

The margin is drawn by the document itself, which is what keeps Chrome from printing the file path, title and page number into the PDF.
Tiled behind the text on every page, so a draft can never be mistaken for the final document.
The GST summary and payment schedule print in a two-up strip under the totals. The running header repeats a slim company line on each printed page — useful for multi-page quotes.
This opens your browser's print dialog — choose "Save as PDF" as the destination. Everything runs locally in this file, nothing is uploaded anywhere.
